The playground at Sophienholm Park is quite different and imaginative. It has playground equipment carved in wood which is inspired by the poem about the gold horns by Adam Oehlenschläger. The children can rock wooden trunks that resemble the gold horns as well as using them as a balance court. The children can also climb on another wooden sculpture shaped like an open book with letters falling out.
The playground is distributed around the park where the children can explore the princess tower, the cave and a playhouse.
